This North Vancouver property was bursting with potential but needed our specialized landscaping and hardscaping to bring it to life! The front entry had a narrow asphalt driveway that lacked functionality, and a lawn filled with plants that had outgrown their life. The homeowner envisioned a more comfortable and inviting outdoor space with extended parking, plants that attracted birds, and a more accessible backyard.
After collaborating closely with the client to tailor a personalized plan, we carried out a major front lawn excavation, clearing old plants and weeds. The driveway was extended with elegant brick pavers, a welcoming seating area was created, and a large, raised railroad tie planted bed was constructed. To attract birdlife, we planted flowering shrubs and perennials. In the backyard, the lawn was leveled, the patio expanded with pavers, and the side walkway was refreshed with low-maintenance river rock and ornamental grasses. The result is a beautifully transformed property with enhanced outdoor spaces that increase both its appeal and functionality!
