Hollybridge at River Green is a waterfront community along the Fraser River in Richmond. It’s defined by expansive green spaces, manicured lawns, lush gardens, and integrated water features that create a calm, park-like setting for residents year-round.
When Para Space assumed responsibility for landscape maintenance, the property was in poor condition and heavily impacted by weeds. Our team completed a comprehensive site assessment and implemented a focused recovery plan to restore overall cleanliness, improve plant and turf health, and address irrigation deficiencies. Once the site was stabilized, consistent, proactive maintenance became the foundation for meeting the client’s high expectations.
The property presents ongoing challenges, including inner courtyards surrounded by water features and multiple fall-protection green roofs accessed by ladder. These areas require careful execution, specialized safety training, and strict compliance with WorkSafeBC requirements—conditions that demand experience, planning, and attention to detail.
