Para Space Wins Silver at the NALP Awards

We are proud to have received a silver at the Awards of Excellence 2025 for Commercial Landscape Maintenance from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) for our work at Hollybridge at River Green in Richmond.

Located along the Fraser River, Hollybridge at River Green is a waterfront community known for its expansive green spaces, lush gardens, open lawns, and water features that create a calm, park-like environment with strong seasonal interest.

When Para Space took over the maintenance contract, the landscape required significant recovery due to poor condition and heavy weed infestation. Through a detailed site assessment, targeted upgrades, and consistent, proactive maintenance, the property was restored and maintained to meet the client’s high expectations.

The site presents unique challenges, including inner courtyards surrounded by water features and multiple fall protection green roofs that require specialized training and strict safety protocols. Delivering quality results in these conditions reflects the experience, planning, and professionalism of our team.
