Owens Residence

The Owens residence is a single family, 3 storey home bordering a riparian zone. We were contracted to design and re-landscape the backyard to provide a relaxing and semi-private retreat from neighbouring properties. Natural materials were chosen for the walling and patio to allow it to blend into its surroundings. A pondless waterfall helped block out the neighbourhood noises while creating interest in the upper corner of the yard. A pergola with multiple heights provided privacy while on the balcony and patio. By leveling and sodding the bottom half of the yard, we gave children a place to run and play.
