Eldorado is a dynamic mixed-use development in East Vancouver, featuring both street-level landscaping and a colourful green roof featuring perennials and grasses. Over time, the lush plantings had grown dense and unbalanced, obscuring key features and reducing visual impact. Our team carried out targeted restorative work across both levels by redefining bed edges, removing dead plant material and encroaching weeds and selectively pruning to highlight the original design intent. The result is a revitalized landscape that feels lighter, healthier, and more welcoming which adds a renewed value for residents and enhances the property’s curb appeal from all angles.
