Try-a-Trade Huge Success

Try-a-Trade was a huge success this year with over 1000 high school students coming through our booth to get their hands a little dirty planting small vegetable pots. This unique program offered through Skills BC positions itself as an early influencer; offering youth in grades K – 12 and in post secondary, safe and engaging environments in which to explore trade & technology careers. This program also provides business partners with the opportunity to directly network and reach approximately 30,000 students in communities across the province each year.
