Helping Syrian Refugees

We recently volunteered our time to give a tour of our office and worksites to a small group of Syrian refugees. The purpose of this event was to show off Canadian workplaces, showcasing potential employment opportunities, providing them with job hunting skills and giving them hope as they adjust to life in their new country. The day was organized through MOSAIC, a registered charity serving immigrant, newcomer and refugee communities in Metro Vancouver.
