We currently seek a passionate and reliable individual with the right skills and knowledge to join our friendly team of professionals in the role of Landscape Construction Supervisor. The primary function of the role is to lead and train happy teams to install landscapes efficiently and to a high standard.


Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Install high quality soft (Plant, soil, sod, stone installation, renovation pruning, occasional maintenance type work, etc.) and hard landscapes (Pavers, retaining walls, wood work, irrigation etc.)
  • Logistics of materials and equipment for each job
  • Plan and organize daily tasks for your crew
  • Communicate plans and progress reports to management
  • Provide training, instruction and feedback to staff
  • Operate equipment (paver saw, sod cutter, skill saw, plate compactor etc.)
  • Provide friendly, helpful, professional customer service
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately and submit on time
  • Operate and maintain a work truck, stock tools, materials and equipment
  • Ensure safe work practices
  • Work cooperatively to foster a harmonious working relationship with all co-workers and other departments
  • Continually upgrade horticultural knowledge through in-house and outside education



  • Practical experience and knowledge installing soft and hard landscapes and leading crews’
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Industry accreditation (preferred)
  • BC IPM Pesticide Applicators Certificate
  • Level 1 First Aid
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results
  • Positive and professional team attitude
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Physically demanding, hands-on work
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Combination of standing, sitting, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Ability to perform landscape maintenance related tasks as required



  • Competitive wage ($25.65 – $30+ hourly)
